Last 21st – 22nd of June Agrati Group participated at the VII edition of Negotiorum Fucina 2019, the annual appointment of networking for purchasing managers of ADACI – Associazione Italiana di Acquisti e Supply Management (the Italian Association of purchasing and supply management)

Eleonora Laurino, Purchasing Manager of the plant of CVB – Agrati Group took place to one of the round table discussions talking about “ the advantages of Lean Purchasing” .
She showed how Agrati approached and develop the #Lean Management and the #Toyota method, in order to inspire the other business reality.
