With the prospective to continuous improvement,  our every employee has the opportunity to make proposals aimed at improving company processes.
Once they have been accepted by the committee, the projects are developed by dedicated teams and then implemented in daily work.

In the past days, around 80 colleagues from different teams of Agrati SPA were awarded for the improvement proposals made and implemented in 2021.
