This application has proven to be very useful: in fact, we have reached the milestone of 1,000 ideas entered, reflecting the fact that people know they can make a difference and want to help create a better workplace. Not only that: the more than numerous implementations (more than 100) testify to the fact that Agrati listens to the ideas of its employees and strives to implement those that manifest a good level of usefulness and feasibility.
The effects
In order to monitor the process related to the improvement proposals, Agrati’s Lean Coaches will delve into the effects of implementing the advanced ideas on the company’s indicators. In this way, it will be possible to obtain targeted statistics and more detailed information of the benefits that such implementations bring to the company, not only in improving ergonomics and the working environment, but also at the economic level.
