We are working to become Carbon Neutral by 2039.
It is a goal that involves our business processes, our products, and requires the cooperation of our suppliers. This is why we decided to launch the first Sustainability Suppliers’ Day. The event was intended to engage key elements of our supply chain in Agrati sustainability project.

WHAT DID WE DECIDE TO DO?

Therefore, on Thursday, October 5, 2023, we had a meeting with our key suppliers. The goal was to share a very important message: to highlight their role within our value chain and in achieving our Carbon Neutrality goal

The event, which took place at Assolombarda‘s Monza e Brianza headquarters, was opened by Andrea Costantini, our Group Executive President, and Assolombarda President Gianni Caimi. The two brought an impactful introduction on Agrati’s strong commitment.

Our in-house speakers, Manfredi Bellati, Marco Zanfrini, Julien Errera, and Walter Mauri, expounded on Agrati’s focus, innovative approach, and achievements in sustainability.

We also had as guests PierMario Barzaghi and Giacomelli Stefano from KPMG. The latter delved into the technical, economic and financial aspects. Thus they added further importance to the already present need to make a switch to sustainability.

It was an afternoon full of moments of aggregation, but also of reflection. We hope that our suppliers will participate in our journey toward a truly sustainable future.
