The study and the “cultivation” of talents are crucial to the growth of enterprises, and we at Agrati know this well. For this reason, last March 30, Bella Gianluca, Group HR Director, YAF HR Manager Jiang and HR Supervisor Qin visited the Mechanical Engineering Department of Yantai Engineering & Technology University. The visit was also attended by Gong Huarong, vice president of the college, Su Huiwei, vice dean of the Mechanical Engineering Department, and other college leaders.

HOW DID THE VISIT DEVELOP?

First, the team visited the modern manufacturing training center. There, the students were shown the YAF plant, intriguing them and encouraging them to study the professional knowledge necessary for the development of future “smart” companies.

After that, the lecturers presented the general situation of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, where the training of professional talents takes place, school-business cooperation, and the department’s awards and achievements.

YAF’s human resources manager Jiang also gave a detailed introduction to the company’s talent strategy, talking about professional requirements and corporate culture. The two sides had an opportunity to discuss the issues of internships and staff training.
