Prepared in accordance with internationally recognised GRI Standards, this report outlines the Group’s progress in the field of sustainability, highlighting the key achievements and initiatives undertaken over the past year in the environmental, social and governance areas, thereby providing a comprehensive overview of the Group’s ESG performance.
The Report is structured around three pillars that guide our sustainability journey:
- Environment: we are continuing our journey towards Carbon Neutrality by 2039, through initiatives aimed at reducing emissions and minimising our environmental impact;
- Social: we continue to promote product safety and the well-being of our employees, fostering skills, inclusion and professional development to create an environment that attracts and nurtures talent;
- Governance: we are strengthening a model of responsible and transparent management, focused on risk prevention, operational efficiency and the creation of sustainable long-term value.

The Report, which has undergone a limited review by KPMG, transparently confirms the path Agrati has taken and the Group’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.
