The Agrati Fourmies site (150 employees) specialises in the manufacture of screws for the automotive industry (tier 1 supplier). It belongs to the Italian family-owned Agrati Group, which operates worldwide.
Due to retirement, we are seeking a Traditional and CNC Turner for one of our industrial sites in the north.
Main responsibilities:
– Reporting to the tooling manager, you will ensure that tools are made available to the production workshops on time, carry out tool repairs and refurbishments, check the parts produced and ensure their compliance, carry out various tool repairs for production, produce various parts for maintenance, and propose solutions for adapting tools.
You will use your knowledge of turning to produce copper electrodes that you will use for electro-erosion machining (sinking). You will be trained to operate our “AGIE CHARMILLES FORME 350” electro-erosion machine. Your knowledge of numerical control will greatly facilitate this learning process.

The work is currently being carried out during the day.
