Veduggio, May 22, 2025- The 2025 Supervisors Workshop, hosted by SACMA GROUP, offered the Agrati teams a concrete opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the market, production processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

A global view of the automotive market

The meeting opened with a strategic contribution from Paolo Pozzi, CEO of Agrati Group, who offered an in-depth overview of the global automotive sector, highlighting the challenges and opportunities that will guide the group’s choices in the near future.

Focus on Italian plants and continuous improvement

Throughout the day, various internal speakers explored topics related to operations, human resources and continuous improvement projects already underway at Agrati’s Italian plants. It was a valuable opportunity to share best practices and consolidate a corporate culture focused on operational excellence.

Collaboration and synergy with SACMA

During the event, participants received a warm welcome from Valeriano Rampezzotti, President of SACMA.

Next, Marco Felli, Export Area Manager, presented the company’s key figures and offered an overview of SACMA’s international activities, highlighting points of contact and synergies with the Agrati world.

The programme concluded with a guided tour of the SACMA factory, which provided an opportunity to see the company’s advanced technologies and production processes up close.
