Veduggio, 3 June 2025 – Agrati confirms its commitment to motorsport by participating in the second round of the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup 2025, held at the historic Monza circuit.
As technical partner of the VSR (Vincenzo Sospiri Racing) team, the company played a leading role in a thrilling 3-hour race.
Once again, the innovation, precision and performance that distinguish its fastening solutions proved to be in line with the demands of top-level competition.
Furthermore, participation in the GT World Challenge represents a strategic platform for Agrati.
It allows them to test their technologies under extreme conditions, strengthening the link between advanced research and real-world applications in the automotive sector.
The VSR team supported by Agrati: two Lamborghinis in the race
During the race weekend at Monza, Agrati supported the VSR team, which fielded two Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo2 cars. Car number 163, entered in the Pro class, was driven by Mattia Michelotto, Sandy Mitchell and Franck Perera.
Car number 60, in the Silver Cup class, was driven by an
all-Italian crew: Michele Beretta, Alessio Deledda and Andrea Frassineti, making his debut in the series.
The qualifying sessions confirmed the competitiveness of the team supported by Agrati.
The 163 secured second row on the grid, while the 60 took third place in its category.
This is a significant result, reflecting the reliability and quality of Agrati solutions applied to racing, where every technical detail can make the difference.
However, a BoP penalty increased the weight of the Lamborghini cars, making the race strategy more complex. Despite this obstacle, the drivers showed determination and consistency.
Thanks to careful pit stop management and numerous interruptions due to Safety Cars and Full Course Yellows, the 163 finished ninth overall, scoring valuable points for the championship.
The 60, after a solid and hard-fought race, finished ninth in the Silver Cup.
A vision that combines research, mobility and the future
Agrati’s presence on the track is not just an exercise in visibility. On the contrary, it is a concrete opportunity to develop and validate industrial technologies that can also be applied to automotive production.
This is done in full compliance with the highest standards of quality, safety and sustainability.
Ultimately, participation in the GT World Challenge Europe is part of a broader vision. Agrati confirms its role as a leader in the evolution of mobility, combining a passion for competition with technological leadership.
Motorsport is an ideal testing ground for advanced fastening solutions, improving materials and accelerating innovation.
The next event will be the 1000 km of Paul Ricard: another milestone in the shared journey between Agrati and VSR, dedicated to excellence, technical research and speed.
